Supporting the Community Through Outreach and Advocacy

Greater Boston Urology is a community-based organization that concentrates on one area of medicine: urology.

A large part of this focus is building awareness among patients and the public awareness about different urologic diseases and treatment options. Community outreach is critical to our mission. At the core of our outreach is support for local and national organizations committed to raising awareness and funds for treating certain urologic diseases, such as prostate cancer and bladder cancer.

Learn more about our current involvement in the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk and our past involvement in BCAN's  Walk to End Bladder Cancer.

In addition, our physicians often give talks and lectures within the community, at professional organizations, and other events.

MetroWest Conference for Women 

Dr. Angel Marie Johnson participated in a breakout session called “Mindful Path to Wellness” at the MetroWest Conference for Women on September 20, 2018, at the Sheraton Framingham.

The goal of the conference was to inspire, connect, motivate, and move women through every stage along their path.
