“Destination Dedham” offers dedicated Women’s Center, General Urology, and Urology for Men

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(BOSTON, MA) – Greater Boston Urology is pleased to announce the opening of its newest location—”Destination Dedham”—in Dedham, Massachusetts. This location will serve as Greater Boston Urology’s main headquarters as well.

After securing the 11,000-square foot building at 910 Washington Street in early 2016, Greater Boston Urology transformed the space into a modern and comfortable environment for patients and physicians alike. While all GBU doctors will continue working out of their primary locations, they will also be seeing patients in Dedham on a weekly and/or monthly basis.

Greater Boston Urology COO Les Cavicchi explains, “The practice of urology requires many great minds. Destination Dedham allows a place for some of the greatest minds in the Boston area to come together to serve patients and collaborate with one another.”

In addition to fostering a collaborative atmosphere amongst doctors, Destination Dedham offers patients many benefits, including a dedicated Women’s Center featuring urogynecology. Urogynecology is a surgical sub-specialty of urology and gynecology. The Women’s Center will be headed up Dr. Angel Marie Johnson, who will be joining GBU in August 2017 as the Director of its Women’s Health Division.

Destination Dedham also offers general urology and urology for men. The location boasts easy access off RT 128, plenty of parking, and handicap accessibility, including a newly installed state-of-the-art elevator that can accommodate a stretcher.

Patients can schedule an appointment through the GBU website or by calling 781.762.0471.

About Greater Boston Urology

Founded in 2010, Greater Boston Urology is an integrated urology practice. This medical model allows the practice to pool resources, which leads to more—and better—options for patients, such as 3D MRI/ultrasound fusion biopsy, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), and molecular marker studies, to name just a few. GBU has assembled a team of excellent physicians who serve multiple locations in Greater Boston, the South Shore, and the Cape & Islands. Visit www.GreaterBostonUrology.com to learn more.
