Biography
Dr. McCahill knew from a young age that he wanted to be a physician, in part because his own father had to leave medical school when WWII happened. So after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Dr. McCahill went on to earn his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.
After completing his residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, he then served in the United States Army as a staff urologist in Frankfurt, Germany, and Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado.
Dr. McCahill has practiced in the Brockton area since 1994, and is currently the Chief of Urology at both Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital and Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was also the past president of the medical staff at Good Samaritan as well. He and his wife, Sarah, have two children.
