GreenLight™ Laser Therapy for BPH
Providing rapid relief of symptoms caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
What is GreenLight Laser Therapy?
GreenLight Laser Therapy is an outpatient treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) that uses advanced laser technology to remove excess prostate tissue and help restore natural urine flow—often within 24 hours. Recovery and results may vary depending on a patient’s medical history, overall health, and other individual factors. The procedure is typically performed as a same-day surgery, and most patients do not require an overnight hospital stay.
GreenLight Laser Therapy is an option even if you’re on anticoagulants or blood thinners.[1] Or if you have an implanted pacemaker, defibrillator or neurostimulator.[2]
Dr. J. Keith Bleiler discusses GreenLight™ Laser Therapy
GreenLight laser ablation of the prostate is a procedure Dr. Bleiler has been performing since 2004 to help men improve bladder emptying. This advanced procedure has largely replaced older surgical techniques traditionally used to treat symptoms of BPH.
