Dr. Rafael D. Tua-Caraccia is a urologist providing comprehensive care for urologic conditions, including urologic cancers, benign prostate disease, kidney stones, voiding dysfunction, erectile dysfunction, male infertility and men’s health. He offers robotic, minimally invasive and open surgical approaches and provides both inpatient and outpatient surgical care.
Dr. Tua-Caraccia completed his urology training at Duke University Hospital after earning his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and his bachelor’s degree from Brown University. His clinical and research experience includes urologic oncology, prosthetics, pediatric urology and reconstructive surgery, with numerous publications and presentations in the field. He is fluent in Spanish and has advanced proficiency in French.
